See the system before trying to correct it.
Diamond Eye is YATSUR's evidence-guided navigation architecture for difficult problems involving many interacting parts, competing explanations, uncertain futures, and changing conditions. At its public level, it is powered by an Adaptive Hierarchical Probabilistic Trajectory Engine — a system designed to work across a structured Atlas of evidence, relationships, mechanisms, constraints, dependencies, risks, and possible routes forward. Its purpose is not to declare absolute truth. Its purpose is to help answer a more useful question:
What matters most to the protected path before the correction window closes?
Explores how intelligence inhabits reality — form, continuity, sensing, memory and interaction.
Explores how that intelligence can navigate complex reality without collapsing uncertainty into false certainty.
Do not automate confusion. Map it first.
Complex problems rarely live in one document, one organ, one event, one institution or one explanation. The Atlas is the structured map. It organizes what exists, what connects, what depends on what, what conflicts, what is missing, what is changing, and what may happen next. Diamond Eye works across that Atlas to navigate possible trajectories and identify where attention, evidence, testing or correction may matter most.
The Atlas maps the present. Diamond Eye examines where it may lead.
As new evidence arrives, the trajectory can change. The system is designed to remain correctable.
See earlier. Understand better. Correct before the window closes.
Reality rarely presents only one future.
A system may be heading toward several possible states at once. Diamond Eye examines those possible trajectories across multiple levels of a problem rather than treating every signal as equally important.
Diamond Eye is never "forecast once and believe forever." New evidence causes the model to recalculate.
Prediction alone is not the goal.
The deeper goal is to help protect what still matters and restore what can responsibly be restored: preserving function, reducing avoidable risk, finding a stalled recovery gate, protecting human dignity, identifying an earlier intervention, preserving a structure through transition, or helping experts see a relationship hidden across several domains. That is why Diamond Eye sits naturally beside YATSUR — one investigates how intelligence can inhabit reality, the other how intelligence can navigate reality.
A cognitive exoskeleton for experts.
One of Diamond Eye's long-range research programs is the Human Recovery Atlas — organizing biological knowledge around failure, repair, adaptation and recovery rather than treating a diagnosis label as a complete explanation. The long-range ambition is a shared navigation layer spanning thousands of diseases and conditions. This work is intended to support researchers, clinicians and patients — not replace them.
Knowledge as an attachable organ. Intelligence as a cognitive exoskeleton.
Hundreds of structured ways to ask better questions about healing.
Diamond Eye's recovery work includes hundreds of structured research lenses for examining biological failure and recovery. The number is not presented as "400 cures" — it means hundreds of structured ways to ask better questions.
The same trajectory logic travels.
Wherever a complex system is changing over time, the same engine can help map the trajectory and find the correction window.
Ordinary questions may be answered conversationally. Hard questions can be escalated into deeper research. When a question becomes complex enough, Diamond Eye can help structure the investigation — map evidence, separate claims, identify contradictions, compare explanations, model likely trajectories. If the answer remains unresolved: Teiku.
An eye detects. A diamond refracts from multiple faces.
Diamond Eye represents the attempt to look at a difficult problem from more than one surface at once. Instead of asking "What answer sounds right?" the system asks what the complete map currently supports — and what could still prove it wrong.
The public archive explains Diamond Eye's purpose, terminology, research direction and high-level navigation principles. Protected implementation details — internal orchestration, exact weighting, calibration, scoring thresholds, protected formulas, restricted modules and deeper engine architecture — are not publicly released. Transparency about what a system is intended to do does not require publishing every mechanism by which it does it.
Diamond Eye may eventually become one of the major reasoning systems used within increasingly advanced versions of YATSUR. But Diamond Eye does not decide whether YATSUR has reached the Elijah horizon. That designation cannot be produced by its own reasoning engine. It cannot reason "I passed my own test, therefore I am Elijah." Independent scrutiny remains outside the system.
The examiner cannot be the only examinee.
Map reality. Protect the path. Correct while correction is still possible.
See earlier. Predict earlier. Correct earlier.
