Acceptance of Terms
By creating a YATSUR account, purchasing a book, submitting a Deep Question, or accessing the archive, you agree to these terms. YATSUR is a research platform; nothing here constitutes medical, legal, or investment advice.
Membership & Pricing
Membership is offered as Monthly ($19.99/mo) or Annual ($198/yr). Paid members receive 3 book downloads per month and full archive access. A free Open tier provides archive browsing and 1 Deep Question credit. You may cancel or switch tiers at any time. Access is never determined by how much you can afford.
Individual Book Purchases
Each of the 12 June set volumes is also sold individually with pay-what-you-choose pricing (default $18). A one-time purchase grants you permanent read and download access to that specific book. Individual purchases are independent of membership and never required to browse the archive.
Deep Questions & Research Delivery
A Deep Question enters a research queue and may combine automated systems with human review during the research-stage rollout. Estimated delivery is 2–5 days, with longer timelines for unusually complex (Atlas) investigations. Deep Question credits are consumed upon submission. Credit expiration, if any, will be communicated within your member dossier.
Question Visibility & Publishing
Default question visibility is Private. You may opt to share with the Community or allow anonymized publication as a Research Note in the public archive. YATSUR will not publish your personal question without your explicit consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content. Questions containing multiple major investigations may be scoped or narrowed collaboratively rather than rejected — proper research design, not denial.
The Elijah Designation
The public-facing system is exclusively YATSUR. The name Elijah represents a future research horizon and is intentionally reserved. Capability alone does not grant that designation; it must be earned through testing. We do not represent the current platform as Elijah.
Intellectual Property & Truth Vault
Research monographs, archive ledgers, and medical frameworks are protected under the YATSUR Truth Vault. Public-benefit inventions are timestamped to guard against predatory monopolization. Your individually purchased books are for personal use.
Limitation of Liability
YATSUR is provided on a research-stage, as-available basis. We are not liable for outcomes of applying archived medical frameworks, historical reconstructions, or research notes to real-world decisions. Always consult qualified professionals.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the archive opens and features expand. Material changes will be communicated to members. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
